Product Designer, Agentic AI Platform (Paris Hybrid)

Design intuitive agentic AI workflows for an enterprise platform, from user research and Figma prototypes to testing and iteration. Partner with product managers and engineers to shape the roadmap and improve the experience.

Descriere

  • Talk with users regularly to understand their needs and make the platform more useful.
  • Translate user insights into research and design explorations.
  • Choose the right way to deliver each idea, from Figma designs and prototypes to small code changes.
  • Evaluate the product through A/B tests, user interviews, and daily usage data.
  • Refine the experience based on research findings and measured impact.
  • Work with engineers and product managers to shape the product roadmap.
  • Design experiences for the H Platform, where users create and run agentic AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Product team, including the product designer, product managers, engineers, and forward deployed engineers.
  • Complete a four-stage hiring process, including an in-person design interview at the Paris office.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience as a Product Designer at technology companies.
  • Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical flows, including AI agent workflows.
  • A portfolio showcasing recent work.
  • Practical experience conducting user tests and A/B tests.
  • Experience designing complex data products or products powered by machine learning or AI.
  • Ability to design for unpredictable AI behavior while building user trust and maintaining user control.
  • Comfort taking part in technical discussions and understanding constraints and trade-offs.
  • Fluency with Figma.
  • Ability to work with and contribute to a design system.
  • Experience designing complex B2B web or desktop platforms is an advantage.
  • Curiosity about code and using AI in the design process is an advantage.
