Descriere

  • Assess clients’ core processes and platforms across finance, HR, customer, productivity, and data environments.
  • Develop enterprise AI adoption plans with client executives and sequence priority initiatives.
  • Create proofs of concept for tailored AI-powered applications.
  • Direct production delivery by defining architecture, upholding testing and security practices, applying infrastructure as code, and deploying to client cloud environments.
  • Remove delivery blockers, strengthen team practices, and coach Object Computing engineers on engagements.
  • Act as the technical liaison for client sponsors and transfer engagement insights back to Object Computing.
  • Work across one or two client engagements at a time.
  • Estimate new work, mentor colleagues, and develop reusable engagement accelerators.

Cerințe

  • Use generative AI coding tools as a primary development method and have delivered working business applications with them.
  • Evaluate and assess Python or TypeScript code effectively.
  • Bring deep expertise in at least one of application development, data engineering, or cloud engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong architecture capability spanning application development, data engineering, and cloud.
  • Have led the technical delivery of at least two systems that reached and maintained production operation.
  • Have built substantial large language model solutions beyond demonstrations, including retrieval, evaluation, agents, or tool use.
  • Translate discovery across core business applications into plans capable of securing executive funding.
  • Communicate effectively and work comfortably with executive stakeholders.
  • Have led engineers through influence rather than formal authority.
  • Have experience with tools or platforms including Claude, Azure OpenAI, Claude Code, MCP, Python, TypeScript, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
