Descriere

  • Lead the architecture of a next-generation conversational AI platform that replaces traditional search with intelligent dialogue
  • Own systems that interpret user intent, identify needed information, retrieve data from multiple real-time providers, evaluate alternatives, and produce conversational responses from discovery through transaction
  • Design the AI orchestration layer that coordinates large language models, specialized agents, retrieval systems, recommendation engines, and external APIs
  • Aggregate and rank data from ticketing providers, hotels, airlines, restaurants, transportation services, mapping platforms, weather services, and other third-party sources
  • Create systems for multi-step planning, conversational context, tool execution, result ranking, and feedback-driven adaptation
  • Establish the technical vision and architectural standards
  • Assess emerging AI technologies and their relevance to the platform
  • Mentor senior engineers, architects, and principal engineers
  • Set long-term direction for LLM strategy, retrieval architecture, agent design, memory, semantic search, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI evaluation frameworks
  • Partner with Principal Architects responsible for backend infrastructure, payments, blockchain, messaging, mini-programs, and platform services
  • Deliver seamless ecosystem integration with strong scalability, reliability, performance, and user experience

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated success architecting and delivering production AI platforms serving large user populations
  • Leadership experience as a Principal Engineer, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or in an equivalent senior technical position
  • Advanced knowledge of large language models, AI agents, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, and contemporary AI orchestration frameworks
  • Strong grasp of recommendation systems, ranking methods, personalization, and conversational AI
  • Extensive experience building distributed, cloud-native systems for global scale, high availability, and low latency
  • Practical experience integrating complex third-party APIs and unifying multiple real-time data sources into one user experience
  • Excellent architectural judgment and the ability to turn complex technical challenges into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Ability to lead senior engineering teams, mentor architects and principal engineers, define engineering standards, and guide long-term technical decisions
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across engineering, product, and executive teams
  • Entrepreneurial outlook and enthusiasm for creating category-defining products
  • History of launching ambitious, innovative products rather than only maintaining existing platforms
  • Creative, constructive problem-solving skills and willingness to develop new ideas
  • Adaptability across a broad range of technologies
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and the challenges of an early-stage technology company
  • Sound entrepreneurial judgment that encourages independence instead of micromanagement
  • Understanding of football and international sports is a significant advantage
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source language models, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, vector databases, graph databases, and modern AI infrastructure is highly desirable
