Descriere

  • Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM and related modules
  • Maintain PeopleSoft systems and contribute to upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize PeopleSoft environments
  • Investigate application issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
  • Support integrations, data validation, and system monitoring
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams on PeopleSoft business processes
  • Help maintain compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
  • Provide on-site PeopleSoft administration and support for Federal Government environments

Cerințe

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • An active Secret security clearance is required
  • Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related PeopleSoft modules
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, PeopleTools, integrations, and system support
  • Ability to diagnose PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate technical resolution
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or related module experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) is preferred
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Application Engine is preferred
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, including PeopleTools and HCM upgrades, is preferred
  • Experience with PeopleSoft testing tools, including PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF), is preferred
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft implementations for Federal Government or Department of Defense customers is preferred
  • Agency, third-party, and Corp-to-Corp submissions are not accepted
