- Grow sales, customer accounts, and profits at company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores.
- Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers.
- Partner with the store manager to plan sales growth.
- Find, contact, manage, and develop local sales leads.
- Understand customer needs and match them with NAPA solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturers’ representatives to improve programs and customer knowledge of product lines.
- Connect customers with NAPA eSales programs.
- Lead educational seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA products and services.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and problems in person or by phone while maintaining satisfaction and strong service.
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company property, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
Cerințe
- Previous retail store or outside sales experience.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment.
- Basic sales skills, including preparing for sales calls, managing customer meetings, handling resistance, closing sales, and maintaining accounts.
- Ability to present information to groups.
- Valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations in the past four years.
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves eight feet high, using a stool or ladder when needed.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout a full shift and lift merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to set expectations, meet commitments, track results, and take accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
