Represent Mondelēz snack brands in DeKalb-area stores by managing orders, displays, store relationships, and product availability.
Descriere
- Represent Mondelēz snack brands in stores and maintain the biscuit aisle.
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily and follow DSD merchandising standards, including taking display photos with DMI.
- Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
- Order products on an iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays and follow store plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow the RTM’s daily schedule and priorities.
- Support seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store-level insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management.
- Safely lift, bend, and move products from stockrooms to sales floors and stock shelves.
Cerințe
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
- Be able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in DeKalb, Illinois.
- Be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Be available to start at 7 a.m.
