Represent Mondelēz snack brands in Ventura County stores, ordering products, stocking shelves, and setting up promotional displays. The full-time role supports brands including Oreo and Ritz.
Descriere
- Represent Mondelēz snack brands in retail stores.
- Provide helpful service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores each day in line with DSD Merchandising Excellence standards.
- Photograph displays using DMI.
- Build working relationships with backroom receivers and store managers.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays according to store plans.
- Follow schedules and priorities established by the RTM.
- Help with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
- Move products from stock rooms to shelves, including lifting and bending, while following safety and compliance procedures.
Cerințe
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid state-issued REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Have a personal vehicle and valid insurance for travel between store locations.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push or pull more than 50 pounds.
- Be available Monday through Friday and as needed on weekends.
- Be available to start work at 5 a.m.
- Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Oxnard, California.
- Be able to access a military base facility that requires federal identification.
