Descriere

  • Represent Mondelēz to store employees.
  • Work with sales representatives to improve the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves.
  • Build promotional displays.
  • Visit stores following Mondelēz’s DSD merchandising steps.
  • Photograph displays at assigned stores.
  • Use an iPad to order products for shelves and displays.
  • Keep Nabisco brands represented, stocked, and maintained to Mondelēz standards.
  • Help ensure store managers follow plans negotiated by sales representatives.
  • Report issues to the Mondelēz management team.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
  • Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
  • Move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves.
  • Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Cerințe

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
  • Occasionally push or pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
  • Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Be available to start between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m.
