Descriere

  • Lead technical discovery with Department of Defense, intelligence community, and federal customers
  • Shape use cases, solution designs, measurable proof-of-value plans, and paths from pilot to production
  • Create tailored demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and practical workshops
  • Develop rapid prototypes and custom applications on the Kamiwaza platform
  • Showcase retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, event-driven data ingestion, and inference at the edge
  • Add evaluation methods and safeguards to proof-of-value projects
  • Turn successful pilots into production systems through code hardening, modular design, testing, and engineering standards
  • Connect solutions to identity, data, workflow, API, messaging, streaming, file storage, and enterprise data systems
  • Set up containerized deployment automation, consistent environments, CI/CD, logs, and metrics
  • Improve performance, reliability, observability, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Help security and accreditation teams with RMF/ATO-ready documentation and deployment patterns
  • Prepare handoff materials such as architecture diagrams, deployment guides, runbooks, infrastructure-as-code and configuration assets, and code repositories
  • Run knowledge-transfer and enablement sessions for customer and partner teams
  • Set acceptance criteria and guide production approval or transition planning
  • Coordinate with systems integrators and partners through production delivery
  • Assist Sales and Capture with technical win plans, proposals, risk reviews, and technical responses
  • Turn field feedback into product requirements and work with Engineering and Product to improve delivery
  • Create repeatable demonstration, proof-of-value, production-hardening, and handoff playbooks within the first 180 days

Cerințe

  • At least six years in customer-facing technical roles supporting U.S. federal customers
  • Ability to lead engagements from discovery through production implementation and handoff
  • Experience working in sensitive mission settings with security and information-handling constraints
  • Strong software engineering skills; Python is strongly preferred
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern web or application frameworks
  • Working knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings and vector search, agent workflows, and evaluation safeguards
  • Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven or streaming systems, and data pipelines
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, logging, and metrics; infrastructure as code is a plus
  • Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and workshop facilitation skills
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to travel within the continental U.S. to customer sites and secure locations
  • Preferred: Department of Defense or intelligence community deployments in classified, air-gapped, or DDIL environments; familiarity with RMF/ATO and NIST 800-53
  • Preferred: production implementation, operational ownership, federal data platforms, streaming systems, identity and access systems, military service, or open-source and reference-solution experience
