Support Afya’s mentoring operation by organizing educational journeys, performance indicators, and operational demands. Coordinate information among professors, mentors, and leadership within Brazil’s largest medical education and practice-solutions ecosystem.
Descriere
- Help organize and monitor the mentoring operation
- Maintain schedules, calendars, deliverables, open items, and deadlines
- Coordinate communication among coordinators, mentors, professors, and partner teams
- Help structure educational content and learning journeys
- Join alignment meetings and track agreed actions through completion
- Flag operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
- Apply instructional design practices when shaping learning experiences
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance student experience and learning outcomes
- Monitor education and experience indicators, including NPS, CSAT, and evaluations of professors, classes, and questions
- Give leadership clear visibility into priority demands while supporting the operation’s continued development
Cerințe
- Experience in education, educational content, academic operations, educational projects, or a related area
- Knowledge of instructional design
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Confidence using digital tools and work environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with varied audiences
- Self-direction, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and manage requests through completion
- Experience with exam-preparation programs, higher education, medical education, or other education businesses is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro is preferred
- Experience tracking and analyzing metrics such as NPS and CSAT is preferred
- Experience interpreting public calls for applications and official notices is preferred
- A postgraduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
