Descriere

  • Convert pharmaceutical customers’ business needs into user stories and technology solutions
  • Contribute to IT implementation projects for prominent life sciences clients from initiation through completion
  • Assist with digital asset management initiatives
  • Work within the Data and Analytics practice
  • Use commercial-domain knowledge and technical expertise to increase the value of clients’ digital platforms
  • Facilitate workshops, produce documentation, and coordinate customer alignment
  • Help clients address analytics challenges and advance their data-driven goals
  • Organize and explain complex situations for technical, business, and executive audiences
  • Expand knowledge of relevant IT solutions and business domains on an ongoing basis

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the life sciences sector
  • Strong practical knowledge of commercial processes within life sciences organizations
  • A demonstrated record of contributing to IT projects in a life sciences company
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, preferably, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of relational database principles and big data technologies
  • A problem-solving and critical-thinking approach
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong task-structuring skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and manage customer alignment in English
  • French and German language skills are highly advantageous
  • A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
  • BSc or MSc from a leading university in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a comparable background
  • Practical experience with agile and waterfall project management methods
  • Demonstrated experience delivering cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of GxP is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Veeva, IQVIA, and/or Salesforce solutions is advantageous
  • Ability to organize and present complex topics to audiences including executive stakeholders
  • Commitment to continuously developing expertise in relevant IT solutions and business areas
