Join Qvantel’s legal function in Helsinki, advising its global business software operations. The role covers corporate governance, compliance, and commercial legal matters in a hybrid working environment.
Descriere
- Advise Qvantel on a diverse range of legal and corporate matters
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and corporate law matters for Qvantel Oy and its subsidiaries
- Partner with Group F&C, tax, business leaders, sales, regional teams, management, and other internal stakeholders
- Embed legal considerations effectively into business decisions
- Deliver practical legal guidance across the organisation
- Support Qvantel’s multinational group structure and help advance its legal function
- Manage a broad portfolio of corporate and commercial legal matters
- Grow into a position with increasing responsibility within Qvantel’s legal function
Cerințe
- A law degree
- At least one year of corporate and/or business law experience
- Previous experience as an in-house legal counsel
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot
- Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English
- A proactive, pragmatic approach to legal work
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Interest in an international business setting
- Availability for occasional travel
- Experience in an international business environment is advantageous
- Experience in software, technology, or export-oriented industries is advantageous
