Lead infrastructure automation across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, and Power Platform at Kyndryl. Build PowerShell and cloud workflows that support mission-critical technology services.
Descriere
- Automate Microsoft 365 administration with PowerShell, covering user provisioning, licensing, mailbox configuration, and security controls
- Create PowerShell automation from business requirements
- Administer mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and migrations through PowerShell
- Maintain and improve scripts for hybrid Exchange environments
- Use PowerShell to manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions
- Build and maintain SharePoint site customizations
- Automate Azure Active Directory user, group, and role administration
- Design and implement workflows with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related orchestration tools
- Develop cross-service workflows for processes such as onboarding and approvals
- Optimize automation scripts that integrate with the Microsoft Graph API
- Maintain and improve SQL scripts supporting automation workflows
- Work with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Create business applications with Power Apps
- Build Power BI dashboards
Cerințe
- At least 8 years of overall professional experience
- Strong practical experience writing PowerShell scripts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API for automation and data integration
- Experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Sound understanding of REST API principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly M365 PowerShell modules
- Ability to interpret requirements and independently develop automation solutions
- Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and reporting
- Exposure to Neptune
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow for ITSM automation and reporting
- Advanced expertise in a technology area such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics
- Experience with enterprise IT applications
- Hands-on background in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or public-cloud systems architecture in AWS
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience leading engineering solutions and collaborating across teams
- Extensive experience and sound judgment in planning and delivering objectives
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and reach effective conclusions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience improving processes
- Knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture; AWS and Azure experience is an advantage
