Java Full-Stack Developer Internship at Atos – Strasbourg Hybrid

Join Atos as a Java full-stack development intern in Strasbourg, supporting application maintenance, testing, enhancements, and technical migrations. Work with the Application Maintenance team on the RACHEL Connection Portal and related tools.

Descriere

  • Work with the development team at Atos’s Strasbourg office
  • Help maintain Java applications within Atos’s assigned scope
  • Apply established software development best practices
  • Process tickets for straightforward bug fixes
  • Run unit tests and functional validation using provided scenarios
  • Support enhancement requests across multiple applications
  • Analyze proposed changes and estimate the required effort
  • Keep existing technical documentation up to date
  • Improve applications and support legacy migrations involving Maven, Jenkins, and Java 17 upgrades
  • Partner with a senior developer to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements for the RACHEL Connection Portal
  • Where possible, help improve the Application Maintenance team’s activity management tool

Cerințe

  • Currently studying at an engineering school or an equivalent institution
  • Working knowledge of Java software development
  • Familiarity with the core capabilities of the Java framework
  • Understanding of development workflows including analysis, estimation, implementation, unit testing with SonarQube, component and functional testing, delivery, production deployment preparation, and Git version control
  • Interest in building collaborative working practices using Kanban, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools
  • Able to contribute effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates care, precision, and curiosity
  • Professional proficiency in English
