Descriere

  • Lead Trade Nation’s AI strategy from opportunity discovery through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • Redesign business workflows around practical AI applications and measurable outcomes.
  • Build organizational AI capability through training, prompt libraries, templates, and AI champions.
  • Track and communicate AI adoption, performance metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Own the business-facing gold layer of the data warehouse, including metrics, definitions, and quality standards.
  • Extend the semantic data model to provide consistent and trusted access to business data.
  • Promote self-service analytics so teams can answer business questions efficiently.
  • Set analytics engineering standards covering testing, version control, documentation, and code review.
  • Improve the simplicity and quality of the overall data estate.
  • Provide senior leadership with proactive insights and recommendations.
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Manage Data Analysts while partnering with Data Engineering, Compliance, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Direct Trade Nation’s data and artificial intelligence strategy across its multi-jurisdictional CFD and spread betting operations.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Data, Analytics, or AI functions.
  • A record of implementing AI solutions that transformed workflows and produced measurable business results.
  • Experience taking projects from initial concept through production delivery and adoption.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, data modeling, and analytics engineering.
  • Experience with dbt or a comparable version-controlled transformation framework.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture and semantic modeling.
  • Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or a comparable cloud data platform.
  • Professional background in financial services, trading, brokerage, or capital markets.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CFD, spread betting, or brokerage platforms.
  • Understanding of trading systems and back-office financial services data structures.
  • Experience operating across multiple entities and regulatory jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks such as MiFID II, MiFIR, or ASIC requirements.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated financial services environments.
  • Curiosity about business operations and a willingness to understand commercial processes before recommending solutions.
  • Strategic judgment combined with a practical, delivery-oriented approach.
  • Proactive and able to identify opportunities and lead change independently.
  • Willingness to challenge established practices and engage constructively with challenge.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others work effectively with data and technology.
