Graphic Designer, Water Infrastructure Proposals — Hybrid

Descriere

  • Design compelling proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and related pursuit materials
  • Turn strategic direction, technical information, and complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives
  • Build layouts that emphasize key messages, improve usability, and deliver a consistent client experience
  • Produce custom graphics, infographics, diagrams, organizational charts, and other visual assets
  • Prepare and polish presentations for client interviews, meetings, and other high-profile opportunities
  • Coordinate content and components, track contributions, preserve document consistency, and support deadline delivery
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams from initial concepts through final production and delivery
  • Handle multiple assignments while meeting internal milestones and client deadlines
  • Apply STV brand standards while identifying ways to strengthen the overall design
  • Refine templates, workflows, and practical design processes
  • Maintain organized graphic assets and follow content-management best practices
  • Advise pursuit teams on graphic design standards and Adobe Creative Suite practices
  • Contribute to occasional marketing programs and special projects outside active pursuits

Cerințe

  • Bring 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the architecture, engineering, and construction sector
  • Have experience creating proposals, presentations, and other deadline-sensitive materials for competitive pursuits, client meetings, or trade shows
  • Provide a portfolio that shows creativity and strong skills in layout, typography, information design, presentations, and visual storytelling
  • Demonstrate advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, especially with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Be able to organize complex information into clear, persuasive, easy-to-navigate materials
  • Understand typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and consistent brand application
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively, incorporating feedback into strong design solutions
  • Manage competing deadlines and clearly communicate workload and assignment progress
  • Work independently while responding effectively to proposal and project teams
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, fine art, or a related field
  • Be available for occasional travel or additional hours across time zones during major deadlines, client presentations, or strategic pursuits
  • Have experience coordinating proposals, presentations, or other deadline-driven deliverables
  • Be familiar with AEC terminology and alternative delivery pursuits such as construction management and design-build
  • Have experience supporting water-sector clients or pursuits
  • Be familiar with digital asset management tools such as OpenAsset
  • Understand print production, color correction, and coordination with print vendors
  • Have experience creating renderings or 3D visualizations with tools such as SketchUp
  • Include work samples or an online portfolio link; applications without samples will not be considered
