Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer – Puyallup, WA
Represent Mondelēz International’s snack brands in Puyallup-area retail stores through merchandising, ordering, display execution, and store relationship management. This full-time onsite role supports brands including Oreo and Ritz.
Descriere
- Represent Mondelēz International in retail stores as the in-store representative for its snack brands
- Provide attentive service to store teams and shoppers
- Complete scheduled daily visits in line with DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Photograph displays using DMI
- Develop and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans
- Work from the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level insights, concerns, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products from back rooms onto store shelves while following compliance requirements
Cerințe
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently
- Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel between store locations
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry loads of up to 25 pounds
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience is helpful
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Puyallup, Washington
- Be available to work weekends and holidays when required
- Be prepared for schedule changes based on business needs
- Be available for a 5:00–6:00 AM start time
