Forward Deployed Engineer, Mexico
Integrate Jeeves’ stablecoin banking platform with enterprise ERP and finance systems, guiding customer implementations across Latin America. Own payment workflows and technical delivery from discovery through go-live and adoption.
Descriere
- Build and deliver integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP and accounting platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Map and synchronize customer data, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
- Trace integration issues from API logs through month-end reconciliation.
- Develop reusable integration approaches and internal tools to speed customer launches.
- Plan and configure multi-entity, multi-currency environments with customer finance teams.
- Design stablecoin payment and settlement workflows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
- Help customers meet local tax and e-invoicing requirements, including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN.
- Work with Compliance and Risk teams to support regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical onboarding for strategic accounts from initial scoping through launch and adoption.
- Conduct technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, including occasional on-site sessions.
- Set implementation plans, timelines, and expectations, and surface delivery risks.
- Act as the technical contact for escalations and account expansion after launch.
- Turn recurring customer requests into prioritized input for Product and Engineering.
- Support Sales and Account Management with technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept.
- Write integration documentation covering guides, edge cases, and playbooks.
Cerințe
- Bring at least four years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including two or more years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Code confidently in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.
- Have production experience building with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Have solid SQL and data-mapping skills.
- Show a record of leading a customer project through launch, including timeline management and coordination with customer stakeholders.
- Be professionally fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, or both.
- Be able to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
- Preferred experience includes fintech or payments, ERP, accounting or financial-system integrations, finance operations, stablecoin or digital-asset infrastructure, Latin American e-invoicing and tax systems, forward-deployed or solutions architecture work, implementation engineering, or internal tooling.
