  • Run the executive content program across the leadership team.
  • Interview executives and turn recorded conversations into posts that sound like them.
  • Maintain context files documenting each executive’s voice, expertise, stories, and boundaries.
  • Ghostwrite executive posts from initial ideas through drafting, editing, and approval.
  • Manage a shared publishing calendar across executive accounts.
  • Choose which executives post for each launch and avoid competing topics.
  • Coordinate executive content around launches, webinars, and events.
  • Produce text posts, carousels, short video scripts, and content adapted from talks and appearances.
  • Edit every draft to remove marketing language while preserving each person’s voice.
  • Track which topics, formats, and voices reach buyers, and apply findings to the calendar.
  • Support team members who want to publish their own content.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated LinkedIn ghostwriting experience for founders or executives; include sample links.
  • Understand B2B buyers and considered purchasing decisions.
  • Know commerce and growth topics, including DTC, performance marketing, retention, and AI tools.
  • Interview busy executives in 20 minutes and produce a week of posts in several distinct voices.
  • Edit strongly, removing marketing language while preserving the author’s voice.
  • Understand LinkedIn formats and distribution, including hooks, carousels, native video, and comments.
  • Use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools daily for research and ideation, with sound judgment about when human editing is needed.
  • Communicate fluently and clearly in English with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Be available to work 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time; these hours are required.
  • Executive or founder ghostwriting samples are mandatory; applicants without them will not qualify.
  • Writing that sounds like marketing copy instead of a person’s voice will not qualify.
