Events Specialist – Mexico (Remote)
Support Humand’s growth across LATAM by delivering sponsored events that build brand visibility and qualified pipeline. Own event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution.
Descriere
- Plan and deliver events that expand pipeline, create qualified opportunities, and increase brand visibility
- Lead sponsored events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, summits, and industry fairs from initial planning through post-event review
- Own event logistics, including schedules, vendors, contracts, budgets, shipping, venues, and on-site delivery
- Monitor event budgets and expenses
- Manage branded merchandise and materials, from sourcing and inventory to distribution and brand compliance
- Develop strong working relationships with vendors, venues, sponsors, and external partners
- Arrange travel and accommodation for sales teams and executives
- Streamline event processes to improve scalability and operational efficiency
- Maintain event communications, schedules, project trackers, invoices, purchase requests, booth operations, shipping, swag inventory, and branded assets
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, design, and marketing teams
- Address urgent operational challenges during event preparation and delivery
Cerințe
- At least two years of professional experience in the events industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated experience organizing corporate events and trade shows across different scales
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
