Descriere

  • Set the performance marketing direction and drive growth through data-led marketing.
  • Develop, launch, and manage performance marketing strategies.
  • Run search engine marketing campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads, including paid search, Performance Max, shopping, YouTube, and display.
  • Set the SEM roadmap for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Lead SEO across technical optimization, content, organic growth opportunities, and digital properties.
  • Track and optimize campaigns to improve customer acquisition costs, return on investment, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, attribution models, and reporting standards.
  • Support annual and ongoing budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across markets and channels.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships.
  • Apply insights, proven practices, and new ideas across the brand.
  • Set performance benchmarks and enable data-informed decisions across the organization.
  • Work with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to shape customer acquisition and growth strategies.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mathematics, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or SEM for a retail or e-commerce brand.
  • Extensive hands-on experience running Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated success managing and optimizing a multimillion-dollar digital marketing budget across channels and platforms for a profitable e-commerce business.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and SEMrush or a comparable tool.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to adapt to changes in digital advertising.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to put new ideas into practice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
