Descriere

  • Learn the organization’s business context and operational needs
  • Research products and contribute to marketing plans
  • Partner with internal teams to develop ideas and strategic approaches
  • Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites
  • Interpret briefs, produce drafts, present concepts, apply feedback, and finalize deliverables
  • Design infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and other visual assets
  • Coordinate with designers, artists, and stakeholders to gather periodic input
  • Present marketing initiatives to managers and stakeholders
  • Apply academic design knowledge to day-to-day work
  • Assist business leaders and stakeholders in pursuing organizational goals
  • Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Complete small weekly projects and incorporate reviews from peers and supervisors

Cerințe

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in graphic design or creative editing
  • Solid foundational understanding of relevant design concepts
  • Ability to transform varied ideas into compelling visual designs
  • Working familiarity with tools including Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, and CorelDRAW
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with experienced teammates and following established processes
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn through new challenges
  • Access to a computer, smartphone, reliable internet connection, and noise-cancelling headphones
