Descriere

  • Maintain Keycafe’s messaging framework, voice and style guide.
  • Explain SmartBox, cloud platform, API and integration capabilities as clear benefits for different audiences and industries.
  • Review customer-facing copy across teams for consistency and quality.
  • Plan and manage editorial calendars for the blog, website, newsletter and resource library.
  • Write and edit blog posts, web pages, launch materials, sales content and email campaigns.
  • Interview customers and create case studies, testimonials and short video stories with sales and customer success teams.
  • Write and distribute press releases about launches, partnerships, customer wins and company milestones.
  • Build relationships with trade media in automotive, hospitality, property management and facilities, as well as Vancouver and Canadian technology press.
  • Pitch stories, prepare spokesperson briefing notes and track media coverage.
  • Identify industry awards and speaking opportunities, and prepare submissions.
  • Manage Keycafe’s LinkedIn and other social channels by planning, writing, publishing and engaging.
  • Encourage employees to share Keycafe content.
  • Monitor discussion of Keycafe, competitors and its industries.
  • Develop a Keycafe podcast and interview customers and industry specialists.
  • Create product announcements, release note summaries and customer newsletters with product and customer success teams.
  • Develop co-marketing content with partners and integration partners.
  • Support internal updates, including all-hands communications and company announcements.
  • Support trade shows and industry events with booth messaging, collateral and communications before and after events.
  • Report monthly on communications metrics, including share of voice, coverage, engagement, traffic and content-influenced pipeline.
  • Coordinate freelancers or agencies as needed and maintain the asset library.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field.
  • Three to five years of communications, public relations or content marketing experience, including at least two years in B2B SaaS, technology or a related B2B setting.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills, supported by a portfolio across long-form content, press releases, case studies, web copy and social posts.
  • Ability to explain technical products in clear, persuasive language for business buyers.
  • Media relations experience, including drafting releases, pitching journalists and securing coverage.
  • Experience managing a company LinkedIn presence and creating social media content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership teams, and interviewing customers.
  • Ability to use AI writing and research tools responsibly while maintaining quality.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work from the Vancouver office at least four days per week.
