Lead AI transformation strategy, consulting, and enterprise growth for CloudFactory’s energy, oil, and gas clients. Advise executives and guide scalable AI programs from opportunity discovery through deployment.
Descriere
- Lead market expansion across energy operators, oilfield services firms, and energy enterprises
- Guide clients from identifying valuable AI applications through production-scale adoption
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and vice president-level stakeholders
- Coordinate across operations, subsurface, engineering, HSE, IT, and data functions
- Build expertise in client priorities spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
- Manage new business development, account growth, and sector-level P/L responsibilities
- Create and deliver account strategies that progress from pilot initiatives to enterprise programs
- Conduct senior consultative sales discussions and develop cases for AI investment
- Manage the commercial process from discovery and solution design through proposals and executive presentations
- Work through industry-specific purchasing, procurement, and capital planning processes
- Develop AI opportunities in predictive maintenance, computer vision, safety and compliance, document processing, and geospatial, LiDAR, and digital twin data pipelines
- Convert operational requirements into scalable AI offerings using CloudFactory’s capabilities
- Work with technical and delivery teams to maintain execution quality and client satisfaction
- Align delivery teams on scope, schedules, and expected results
- Track emerging AI developments across the energy value chain
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and thought leadership activities
- Apply sector knowledge to product, delivery, and go-to-market planning
- Lead and motivate consultants, data scientists, and engineers
- Strengthen collaboration between client contacts and internal teams
- Advance effective practices in AI consulting, delivery quality, and client relationships
Cerințe
- Substantial expertise in energy, oil and gas, or related industrial sectors, including operations and digital transformation
- An established executive network among energy operators or oilfield services companies that can support immediate business development
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn operational challenges into AI opportunities
- Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including predictive analytics and computer vision
- Demonstrated consulting and commercial experience with enterprise accounts and complex engagements
- Strong executive communication and presence, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders as a trusted peer
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering significant outcomes
- At least 10 years of consulting, technology, or digital transformation experience in energy or industrial sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related discipline
