Business Intelligence Developer - Hybrid Arizona

Descriere

  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to define reporting and analytics needs
  • Document and evaluate business reporting requirements
  • Translate business requirements into source-data mappings and models across multiple data stores
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Domo, or similar BI tools
  • Design dashboards that present data clearly and convey meaningful insights
  • Validate report data and flag potential quality issues
  • Conduct peer reviews to confirm report accuracy before distribution
  • Set project priorities with business owners
  • Work with IT to identify and retain required data sets
  • Coordinate, communicate, and deliver data visualizations with stakeholders
  • Report progress on assigned work and backlog items
  • Apply analytics expertise to identify trends across operational segments
  • Lead dashboard demonstrations and training sessions
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and provide support to business functions
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities

Cerințe

  • At least 2 years of business intelligence experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, reporting, or analysis
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced proficiency with data tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and ETL
  • Ability to present complex quantitative information in a clear, intuitive format
  • Creativity in developing data visualizations
  • Strong understanding of data structures
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Proficiency in data mining and normalization
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and word-processing software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all organizational levels
  • Ability to protect confidential and private information
  • Ability to complete work with limited supervision
  • Preferred: 5 years of business intelligence experience
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, reporting, or analysis
  • Preferred: 2 years of operational experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in data science, business, or a related field
  • Preferred: Advanced proficiency with Domo and Snowflake
  • Preferred: Intermediate planning and project management skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods
  • Preferred: Knowledge of data collection and warehousing
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the healthcare industry
