Descriere

  • Support ongoing analytics and reporting for a card portfolio, with emphasis on a new card program
  • Build a detailed understanding of portfolio performance, business goals, and stakeholder requirements
  • Create, enhance, and maintain recurring business reports and dashboards
  • Investigate data, assess results, and convert findings into clear business insights
  • Assess portfolio performance, trends, and key drivers to uncover opportunities and challenges
  • Share findings through reports, presentations, and practical business recommendations
  • Work with business stakeholders to turn questions, objectives, and reporting needs into actionable analysis
  • Proactively surface trends, opportunities, and improvement areas as a trusted analytical partner
  • Review current reports and processes to simplify, streamline, and strengthen recurring deliverables
  • Convert complex reporting into efficient, accessible, and actionable formats
  • Find ways to reduce manual work and improve reporting consistency
  • Work with stakeholders and technical partners to automate reporting and improve processes
  • Balance multiple requests and priorities while preserving accuracy, quality, and responsiveness
  • Explain analytical findings effectively to both analytical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships and credibility through dependable execution and practical insight
  • Work independently while seeking context, asking questions, or escalating issues when needed

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, card services, card operations, or a related discipline
  • Experience producing business reports and interpreting quantitative data to identify trends, performance drivers, and business implications
  • Strong understanding of payments, card services, card operations, or card portfolio management
  • Background creating, improving, and maintaining business reports
  • Experience with DataChoice, First Data, or Symitar is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI-enabled productivity tools is strongly preferred
  • Sound business judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, dependable, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable owning deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, business-oriented approach to analysis
  • Must work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship
  • Must work Pacific or Mountain Time
