Descriere

  • Verify charges and expenses in files before billing.
  • Enter brokerage charges and expenses into the billing system for manual rating.
  • Collect and scan documents into the imaging system for billing packets and visibility.
  • Enter charges promptly and audit them so DSV can bill clients for cargo routed by DSV.
  • Enter charges, print invoices, and mail them with supporting documents to clients for non-DSV cargo.
  • Process and record direct deposits and electronic payments for the brokerage operation.
  • Verify duty payments and bill them when needed.
  • Maintain customer billing records in the brokerage system.
  • Order and manage office supplies for the brokerage operation.
  • Identify and resolve brokerage billing issues proactively.
  • Handle other accounting and operational duties assigned by the brokerage manager or supervisor.

Cerințe

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Use effective interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly in speech and writing.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
  • Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Read, write, and speak English and the local country language.
