Descriere

  • Collaborate with a focused group of Agile teams as the Automation Test Lead
  • Own the software QA process, including test plans, scenarios, and cases
  • Translate requirements and design specifications into effective test cases
  • Advise on suitable test automation strategies, tools, and frameworks
  • Build test infrastructure and custom automation tools to broaden coverage and support non-functional testing
  • Execute manual and automated tests for websites and applications
  • Set priorities for test execution
  • Document defects with precise, complete, and concise reproduction steps
  • Help developers investigate defects and recommend product improvements
  • Lead testing across applications using diverse tools and technologies
  • Review requirements, create test plans, and develop functional validation cases
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing before production releases
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing with technology teams across locations
  • Lead automation initiatives through planning, hands-on scripting, and coordination of other automation resources
  • Work with a dedicated project team to redesign and improve the ISO ClaimSearch insurance claims database

Cerințe

  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to break down complex software systems
  • Experience assessing software architectures and designs for quality, performance, and scalability risks
  • Experience leading the development, execution, and documentation of QA processes
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices and core quality principles
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright
  • Experience building automation frameworks with Selenium, Java, and TypeScript
  • Knowledge of test-driven, behavior-driven, and acceptance test-driven development
  • Experience creating automated testing tools for databases and APIs
  • Experience with mobile automation testing tools
  • Experience with LoadRunner or JMeter for load testing
  • Deep knowledge of web technologies and web API or REST service testing
  • Experience automating complex end-to-end system integrations
  • Experience connecting Selenium regression tests to CI build servers such as Jenkins
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience testing hosted or cloud-based SaaS web applications is highly desirable
  • Experience testing native mobile applications is desirable
