Descriere
- Lead complex multidisciplinary EIA projects and deliver strong client outcomes
- Oversee project delivery, client satisfaction, project management, communication, collaboration, and compliance with professional standards
- Work with clients and key stakeholders to define project objectives and working arrangements
- Select, lead, develop, and manage teams to achieve project objectives
- Strengthen relationships across Arcadis teams, technical disciplines, offices, and external organisations
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanded client engagements
- Lead specialist contributions to bids and support high-quality proposals
- Coach and mentor specialist professionals
- Build knowledge of Arcadis services, client organisations, and industry sectors
- Keep current with industry, technical, and legislative developments

Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Chartered status or equivalent, preferably through ISEP or a comparable professional body
- Strong consulting capabilities, including project delivery and senior-level client relationship management
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong time-management capability
- Effective technical, project management, client relationship, and commercial skills
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience in environmental, safety, and risk management
