AI Software Engineering Manager
Lead engineering teams building Alli, PMG’s AI-powered digital marketing platform. Shape technical strategy and deliver scalable solutions while supporting team growth.

- Lead and coach engineers, supporting career development and strong technical practice.
- Turn ideas into useful solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
- Set the technical direction and roadmap for Alli’s AI solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term success.
- Build and deploy AI features that help brands make better marketing decisions.
- Work with product managers, designers, and other teams to integrate AI solutions that improve performance and produce measurable results.
- Promote clean code, automated testing, version control, and scalable architecture.
- Review code and oversee debugging and testing to maintain quality and maintainability.
- Track advances in AI and machine learning and encourage innovation in marketing technology.
Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of software development experience with object-oriented programming and scalable, maintainable solutions, plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or related experience.
- Have at least two years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
- Have at least two years of experience with AWS or another cloud platform, including deploying and managing cloud applications.
- Balance hands-on software development with team leadership.
- Demonstrate expertise in REST API design, system architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Be proficient in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Go.
- Have experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Be familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Know infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Explain technical concepts clearly across teams and align engineering work with business goals.
- Bring a proactive problem-solving approach focused on practical impact and continuous improvement.
- Have experience with generative AI, large language models, and platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain.
- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification is a plus.
- Interest in or familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
