Build neuroscience benchmarks for AI agents at LatchBio, evaluating their performance across biological research workflows. Develop tasks, curate multimodal data, and assess scientific reasoning.
Descriere
- Define expert reasoning for research questions and R&D decisions
- Write authoritative answers grounded in defensible neuroscience
- Create realistic research scenarios spanning hypothesis and target selection, experimental design, data processing, and inference
- Assemble multimodal neuroscience data collections
- Pair basic science and disease tasks to evaluate transfer from normal function to pathology
- Work with software engineers to build benchmark workflows
- Evaluate choices of model system and unit of analysis
- Assess how findings from rodents, iPSCs, or organoids translate to human disease
- Resolve disputed claims in the literature and identify experiments that could settle them
- Examine agent reasoning step by step
- Spot reasoning failures and explain expert alternatives and the evidence needed
