LatchBio develops software and AI for working with complex biological data. Its modular platform brings together reproducible Nextflow workflows, scalable compute pods, file and metadata registries, and analysis portals used by instrument vendors, biopharma and research organizations. The company also publishes benchmarks for evaluating AI agents on biological tasks, spanning single-cell and spatial analysis, epigenomics, preclinical pharmacology, and pathogen genomic surveillance. Its work includes biosecurity through Latch Biosecurity, formed after its acquisition of TwentyTwo.
AI Neuroscientist
Build neuroscience benchmarks for AI agents at LatchBio, evaluating their performance across biological research workflows. Develop tasks, curate multimodal data, and assess scientific reasoning.
Сипаттама
