Descriere
- Develop and test Claude skills for IT and Security workflows
- Help scope, build, and refine AI agents that automate recurring IT and Security tasks
- Set up and verify Claude MCP connectors for Slack, Atlassian, Asana, M365, and Salesforce
- Review logs, triage alerts, and document incidents across Okta, Microsoft Purview, and Defender
- Track hardware procurement and assist with onboarding, offboarding, Jamf device management, and SaaS access requests
- Maintain Confluence documentation for AI tools, security procedures, and IT runbooks
- Work on IT and Security projects with guidance from the VP of IT and Security
Cerințe
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.4
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
