Accounts Receivable and Refunds Specialist - Ryz Labs (Remote, Argentina)

Ryz Labs is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable and Refunds Specialist for a remote role in Argentina. The position supports payment processing, refunds, reconciliations, Salesforce workflows, and accounting operations across LATAM.

Descriere

  • Handle Customer Experience tickets involving payments, invoicing, and refunds
  • Monitor customer accounts, apply cash receipts and incoming wire and ACH payments, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Prepare daily and monthly ERP journal entries for cash and accounts receivable transactions
  • Process sales requests, refunds, credits, rate adjustments, and other payment exceptions using Admin, NetSuite, and Avalara
  • Find ways to improve automation across accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
  • Create and maintain accounting policy memoranda and process flowcharts
  • Maintain sales tax exemptions and process refunds in Avalara
  • Act as a contact for key sellers and provide timely updates on sales proceeds and payout schedules

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, bookkeeping, customer support, or a related finance support role
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle Fusion
  • Demonstrated Salesforce experience, including CRM or billing workflows, is required
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Careful and accurate data entry and transaction processing
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
