Apraksts

  • Design and implement APIs and integrations connecting TeamViewer Frontline to customer systems
  • Configure operator workflows using Frontline’s custom configuration language
  • Build and configure customer-facing web interfaces for customer solutions
  • Deploy Frontline in customer environments and connect workflows to backend data
  • Work with customers to clarify needs, resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot implementations
  • Develop product features and share implementation feedback with the product team
  • Provide occasional Level 3 support as needed
  • Travel for customer activities around two to three times per year, for up to one week per trip
  • Use TeamViewer Frontline, a platform for creating and deploying applications for frontline workers

Prasības

  • Bring hands-on experience with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON
  • Be familiar with macOS and comfortable using the command line
  • Knowledge of Bash scripting, Docker, Hibernate, and Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Understand networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL
  • Approach unfamiliar or ambiguous technical problems methodically and make sound technical decisions
  • Communicate effectively and explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Show initiative, a willingness to learn, and strong collaboration skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • German language skills are an advantage
