Senior Workday Integration Consultant
Design Workday integrations for PwC Poland’s HR and financial transformation clients. Lead requirements analysis, client workshops, vendor collaboration, and technical delivery.

- Build Workday integrations with clients and colleagues
- Analyze and document client needs
- Select appropriate integration patterns
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop solutions
- Prepare and lead client design workshops
- Choose suitable Workday integration technologies and deliver to schedule and quality standards
- Build trusted, professional client partnerships through active engagement
- Contribute to international HR and financial transformation projects, including Customer Experience solution deployments
Prasības
- Experience as a Workday technical or integration consultant, or in a comparable role
- Background in an HR SaaS implementation technical team, such as HR or HCM, at a large company using a dedicated IT system
- Strong experience with the Workday integration stack, including connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, and PECI/WECI connectors; RaaS experience is preferred
- Workday certifications in HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, or Extend are preferred
- Knowledge of common integration technologies, including XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java, web services, SOAP, and REST
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools for automating tasks, analyzing information, or creating content
- Ability to adapt to the needs of both small and large clients
