Senior UX/UI Designer

- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze client expectations and project needs
- Turn abstract ideas into concepts and wireframes
- Design user-friendly solutions that address client requirements
- Collaborate with the wider design and software development teams
- Set project priorities and manage tight deadlines
- Design screens for websites, applications, and platforms
- Understand user needs and align design decisions accordingly
- Translate designs into component libraries
- Build clickable prototypes
Prasības
- At least five years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
- A broad portfolio of UX/UI projects
- Practical experience in user experience and user interface design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency with Figma
- Ability to work in a project-based environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow is an advantage
- An entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- Experience mentoring colleagues or willingness to do so
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to collaborate closely with clients, designers, and software development teams
