Senior Finance Systems Business Analyst, SAP FICO
Oversee SAP FICO finance systems, month-end close, and accounting automation at Siemens Healthineers. Partner with global finance and IT teams to deliver and maintain financial solutions.

- Support the financial close and month-end activities across finance systems.
- Assist with Delegation of Authority tasks.
- Lead accounting integration and automation projects involving P58 (COPA) and Esprit.
- Coordinate with local accounting managers, corporate functions, and IT deployment teams.
- Maintain finance systems, including VAR EHP, P58 (COPA), FDM, Esprit, and SAP EHP.
- Document and assess finance and accounting requirements and issues.
- Create test scenarios, process flows, test plans, and supporting documentation.
- Test proposed solutions and validate SAP finance data conversions, enhancements, and developments.
- Guide the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of financial solutions.
- Support the team in completing the financial close smoothly.
- Handle tasks related to SHS Project Pathfinder.
- Prepare and deliver SAP functions training for business users.
- Connect controllers with IT implementation specialists across business and technology teams.
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- CPA or an MBA in finance preferred.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA, focused on SAP FICO modules.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Internal Order, and Profitability Analysis.
- Understanding of master data, including General Ledger, Profit Center, Trading Partner, and Business Partners.
- Understanding of integrated P2P, O2C, and RTR processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including consolidation.
- Ability to perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Ability to create business specifications and process flows.
- Ability to prepare and deliver SAP functions training for business users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills in a global environment.
- Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
