Prasības

  • Proven experience leading engineering transformation in complex environments.
  • Experience modernising large legacy systems and migrating workloads to the cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of platform transformation, AWS migration approaches and modern software delivery.
  • Experience shaping engineering operating models, ownership frameworks and leadership structures.
  • Ability to develop sound business cases, investment plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Skilled at managing stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
