- Guide engineering transformation in complex organisations.
- Modernise large legacy systems and oversee cloud migration.
- Lead platform change using AWS migration patterns and contemporary software delivery practices.
- Shape engineering operating models, ownership frameworks and leadership structures.
- Build business cases, investment plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
- Help clients prepare for technology change by combining human expertise with emerging technologies and AI.
- Help clients tackle complex challenges, build high-performing teams and develop enduring capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering transformation in complex environments.
- Experience modernising large legacy systems and migrating workloads to the cloud.
- Strong knowledge of platform transformation, AWS migration approaches and modern software delivery.
- Experience shaping engineering operating models, ownership frameworks and leadership structures.
- Ability to develop sound business cases, investment plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Skilled at managing stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
