Senior Depositary Analyst (Associate 2) - Krakow Hybrid
Join State Street in Krakow as a Senior Depositary Analyst supporting oversight of fund cash flows, asset safekeeping and operational controls. The role serves institutional investment clients across global depositary services.

- Oversee and review controls for a portfolio of investment fund clients, including cash-flow monitoring and reconciliations
- Monitor the safekeeping of custody and non-custody assets through ownership checks, registration and reconciliations
- Assess controls covering fund valuation, subscriptions, redemptions, income distributions, investment restrictions and transfer agency activity
- Use risk-based analysis to investigate and escalate high-risk items, discrepancies, breaches and overdue positions
- Keep control records complete and accurate
- Assist colleagues and help improve processes, procedures and controls
- Report to the Depositary Services Manager
- Collaborate with depositary services teams and relevant business partners
Prasības
- At least one year of relevant experience in financial services, custody, fund administration or depositary services
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment fund administration and complex fund structures
- Working knowledge of the UCITS and AIFMD regulatory frameworks
- Comfortable using standard office productivity and data-analysis software
- Fluent English communication skills; German or another additional language is preferred
- Experience in depositary oversight, reconciliations, valuation controls, custody or related operational controls is preferred
- Good judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to assess risk and set priorities
- Strong numerical, analytical, verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ownership, timely escalation, collaborative working and commitment to continuous improvement
