Senior Business Analyst

Apraksts

  • Identify business needs and issues, define expected value, and assess potential solutions through business cases.
  • Lead the discovery, gathering, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to shape solutions that support business objectives.
  • Help assure deliverable quality and support change management.
  • Factor organizational and internal partner needs, priorities, targets, and strategies into analysis.
  • Assess opportunities and develop business positioning analyses and cases.
  • Recommend solutions that deliver business value.
  • Represent business processes using BPMN.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of business requirements, processes, rules, and decisions.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across business areas to align needs with delivered solutions.
  • Help design and implement business solutions.
  • Advise business partners as they make decisions.
  • Check that delivery follows the business architecture and strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the business analysis community of practice through continuous improvement, collaborative development, and mentoring.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration focused on Organizational Information Systems (OIS), Business Technology Management (BTM), or a related field.
  • At least three years of business analysis experience, including two or more years developing business cases.
  • Advanced knowledge of methods and tools for documenting needs, requirements, processes, business rules, and tests.
  • Knowledge of BABOK.
  • Experience in a scaled agile environment.
  • IIBA and SAFe certifications are considered assets.
  • Advanced spoken and written French.
  • Intermediate spoken and written English.
