Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Curitiba (Hybrid)

Apraksts
- Manage domestic and international customer accounts receivable portfolios
- Conduct collections activities, negotiate payments and renegotiations, and resolve overdue balances
- Track portfolio metrics and reporting while updating collections forecasts and cash flow projections
- Partner with Commercial, Consumer Care, Logistics, Tax, and other related departments
- Lead and oversee extrajudicial and judicial collections, including credit insurance claims
- Handle financial operations such as credit assignments, Vendor Finance, reconciliations, and accounting-entry monitoring
- Support month-end close by analyzing delinquency, preparing explanations, and supplying audit documentation
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for regional accounts receivable processes
- Create dashboards, management reports, and financial analyses
- Focus primarily on Argentina while supporting processes involving Brazil, Chile, and Argentina
- Contribute to Lean Thinking projects and EMS / EAI activities
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional experience managing accounts receivable operations
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency; advanced Spanish is advantageous
