- Support the accounting coordination team with day-to-day accounting work
- Track and record contracts covered by IFRS 16
- Close and analyze the monthly trial balance
- Prepare financial statements and supporting tax and regulatory filings
- Analyze financial results and balance sheet accounts for accuracy
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, and support related reconciliation work
- Process account reclassifications and manual journal entries
- Find ways to improve the department’s internal processes
- Manage the flow of documents
- Review system-generated journal entries
- Record financial transactions
- Classify and reclassify documents, reconcile accounts, and analyze account balances
- Recognize revenue, costs, and expenses
- Record provisions and carry out accounting close tasks
- Analyze, monitor, and close lease and loan accounts
- Take part in the monthly close
- Support internal and external audits by supplying requested documents, information, and explanations
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Substantial experience with accounting processes and month-end close
- Advanced ability to reconcile, analyze, and document balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Experience identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and practices
- Experience using ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of PIS and COFINS tax credits on expenses
- Experience monitoring invoicing and reconciling payroll (FOPAG)
- Food retail experience is an advantage
