SAP Finance Manager
Lead SAP S/4HANA finance transformations for Deloitte clients in Dublin or Cork, shaping solutions and guiding client workshops. Manage complex implementations from planning through delivery.
Apraksts
- Shape end-to-end finance processes for SAP S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield builds, brownfield conversions and selective transformations.
- Run client workshops to gather requirements and steer decisions with implementation and industry expertise.
- Counsel clients on finance transformation choices, SAP roadmaps and anticipated benefits.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues and Deloitte member firms on client engagements.
- Support project planning and delivery against agreed schedules and budgets.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to proposals and future work.
- Share specialist expertise and proven practices to strengthen Deloitte’s SAP practice.
Prasības
- Have worked as an SAP Finance Consultant on at least two complete implementations, from preparation through hypercare.
- Be able to lead design workshops, advise on finance processes and build trusted client relationships.
- Bring practical knowledge of Management Accounting, Project Systems, Group Reporting, FSCM, PaPM, RAR/EBRR, FP&A in SAC or ICMR.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is especially welcome.
- Have strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Be able to balance competing deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- An accounting qualification or experience applying AI to project delivery is an advantage, but not essential.
