Apraksts

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to warm sales leads.
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs.
  • Recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent Liberty Mutual to prospective customers.
  • Start paid remote training on day one.
  • Complete 16 weeks of training if already licensed, or 18 weeks if unlicensed.
  • Handle warm inbound leads without making cold calls.
  • Work four weekdays and one weekend day each week.
  • Work a standard shift of 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m. ET, 12:30–9 p.m. CT, or 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. PT.

Prasības

  • At least two years of sales or service-related work experience.
  • Two to three years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to help close sales.
  • Clear communication with prospective and current customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient typing skills and comfort using a PC.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Reside in one of the eligible states listed for the role.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
  • Remain in your state of residence for at least one year before relocating.
