Apraksts

  • Audit billing records for accuracy across all entries
  • Provide administrative assistance and help with routine operational work
  • Process invoices accurately and within required timelines
  • Complete data-entry work in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments
  • Use company accounting tools and web-based portals
  • Assist finance and operations with additional assignments as required

Prasības

  • Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English, including professional phone and email etiquette
  • High level of accuracy in billing audits, data entry, and recordkeeping
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver work on schedule in a fast-paced setting
  • Practical experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and data-management systems
  • A college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Prior billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance-focused administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity suites
  • Working knowledge of Excel formulas and data-management functions
  • Experience using accounting software or comparable business platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
