Apraksts

  • Oversee field staff during assigned shifts
  • Arrange in-home care for clients after regular business hours, on weekends, and on holidays
  • Coordinate care for CoxHealth at Home clients

Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of office experience in a service-related setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with a healthcare environment is preferred
  • Work independently, organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently, and exercise sound judgment
  • Work effectively under stress and adapt to changing conditions
  • Communicate courteously and effectively with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources
  • Show empathy toward people who are sick or elderly
  • Communicate effectively in speech and writing
