  • Help develop and deliver seasonal denim collections for Nautica’s men’s and women’s mainline.
  • Research relevant fashion trends.
  • Work with Merchandising, Production, and Technical Design.
  • Help prepare milestone review meetings.
  • Produce detailed sketches and document wash standards for the denim range.
  • Keep seasonal collection boards and the fabric wall up to date.
  • Create and maintain tech packs with sketches, garment and fabric construction details, hardware, and trims.
  • Prepare and maintain seasonal assortment line sheets.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and industry conditions.
  • Attend fit sessions, record feedback, and follow up on requested changes.
  • Organize files, reproduce materials, and update development packages and wash comments.
  • Meet deadlines and deliverables set by the corporate calendar.
  • Research competitors and monitor platforms such as TikTok and Instagram for trends that fit the brand.

Prasības

  • At least three years of design experience; the final title will depend on experience.
  • Strong sketching skills, including the ability to produce fast, accurate sketches in Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and PLM systems.
  • A solution-focused approach and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the denim market and Nautica’s customer.
