Prasības

  • Use Figma at an advanced level to create, edit, and organize visual assets and projects.
  • Work confidently with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create graphic materials, edit images, and compose visuals.
  • Have familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • Bring experience creating assets for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Apply graphic design fundamentals, including hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and visual identity.
  • Translate briefs and ideas into clear creative materials aligned with brand strategy.
  • Stay organized, attend to detail, and deliver quality work on schedule.
  • Show creativity, sound visual judgment, and openness to testing new approaches and solutions.
  • Communicate well, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with others.
  • Have experience producing paid media creative for lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
  • Understand performance marketing and how design can support business outcomes.
  • Provide a portfolio showing creativity, technical skill, and adaptability across communication goals.
  • Work effectively across different brands, industries, and communication styles.
